Church Activities
We have many church organised groups and activities which go on during the week. We aim to provide times:
• For all to grow in their faith and to learn about Christianity
• Where we serve our community
• Opportunities for friendship and support

• Women’s Meeting
The older women of the church meet together to enjoy worship, friendship, support, teaching and social activities every Tuesday. Followed by a cup of tea. Come and join them. Tuesdays 2pm-3.15pm.
• Tiny Tots (Parent and Toddler Group)
A thriving parent and toddler group which currently has 35-40 children each week. Playtime, singing, a drink and biscuit for Babies and toddlers. A drink and biscuit for carers. Opportunities for friendship and conversation. Also a summer party and a Christmas party! A £1 charge per family is made to help us cover the costs of running the group. Wednesdays 10am-11.30am (Term time only)

• “Explore …”
An opportunity to find out more about the Christian Faith with others in a friendly and open environment. A 14 session course which looks at what Christians believe and what it means to live as a Christian. “Explore …” is for those who are simply curious about Christianity AND for those who have some understanding and want to know more. No pressure, just an opportunity to explore Christianity in a safe friendly relaxed environment.

• Home Groups
The Home Groups are informal friendly groups for everyone. They provide opportunities for people to discuss the Bible, to pray and to support each other. If you want to grow in your faith and build friendships, consider joining a home group. Thursdays: Morning and Evening
• Chatter Luncheon Club
Chatter Luncheon Club meets Thursday lunch time for older people and lonely people in the community around the church. A hot two course meal is provided for £2.50. The club provides a friendly atmosphere for people to get to know each other and have fun together. About one a month a speaker is invited for after lunch to provide vital and important information to those who come to the club. Thursdays 12.30pm-2pm (Term time only)
• FisH
FisH (or Friday is Happening) is our youth club for young people 11yrs and above. We meet at the church for friendship and fun. Incorporated in the club on a regular basis is the opportunity for the young people to begin thinking about God is a low key and fun way. Fridays 7.30pm-9pm (Term time only)
• Refresh
Refresh is an opportunity to meet informally over a cup of tea or coffee in a home on a Sunday evening. Each week includes a short time of worship and over the space of a month we also include opportunities for communion, teaching, prayer and Bible study. It provides an opportunity to draw close to God and “Refresh” ourselves for the coming week. Sundays 6pm – 7pm
